The application generates random numbers.

Pros: A set of random numbers up to 9,999 ones can be generated in one run.

The interface has two sets of controls. One set specifies the range of numbers required. This can be up to 9 digits at the lowest and highest end. One could specify the positive or negative numbers. So that one could generate a number at minus 9 digits at the lowest to plus 9 digit number at the highest end. Select increments, digits and numbers to skipped and if duplicates are to be dropped. The original seed number can be auto-generated or the user can provide one. The number generated can be in hexadecimal besides the default decimal. That’s a fairly flexible way of specifying the set that is needed.

Output thus created can get printed on the screen or on paper, get into a file or be automatically copied into the clipboard.

Second part of the controls are related to the specifying the output. For example the font and its size and color can be specified.

Cons: Some means of automatic transfer of random numbers would be nice as most applications use random numbers generated internally. This would provide a means of supplying such random parameters. I am not too sure what use a list of random numbers can be put to. Copying numbers to the clipboard and then copying from there by another application seems like too indirect a way to pass these numbers from one application to another. Even the numbers put into a file and then getting these numbers read by another is a little indirect too.

Overall: Generally easy to use, fairly simple application this is a candidate for 4 stars.
