This utility causes shutdown, power off, restart or logout your computer, if cpu utilize less than any number. This is freeware. Work only in NT, w2K and later, don't work at w95, 98, me (3.1 too :). Utility supports many parameters (shut down by cpu performace, memory utilize, net, ...).
