WinVoodoošˇ˛ allows Windows users (from novice to expert and everywhere in between) the ability to manipulate windows in ways that an applications interface doesn't. Every aspect of what you see on a Windows-based computer is a window of some sort. The useful part is notonly using that window as the programmer has let you, but unlocking those same window functions to allow you to do what you like with it. By giving this ability to the user, there are no boundaries.
