At the heart of it there is a database of all guitar chords in existence, with individual chords displayed in a very nice way - on a virtual guitar fretboard. This is very easy to understand and SGCF even plays the chord for you. You can actually learn to play with this, and if you are a professional player you can bring your skill to perfection. For the professional there is a multitude of other tools included, check out the homepage for a full listing. The notable ones are a full-featured guitar tuner, a personal chordbook and a chord analyser - if you know a chord and don't know its name, SGCF will tell you. For lefties there is a reverse manner for everything. The program isn't too easy to master, but once you do so it can open a wwhole new world of guitar music for you. I tend to agree with the excited users of SGCF, it really rocks!
