I am an IT professional, and after my purchase, I had some issues with billing, and some other questions. After sending several email requests, I never got one single response. There is NO phone contact # on the site either (Which is normally your first clue to NOT do business with a company). My emails were articulate, accurate, and included no angry tone at all, until the last one I sent, advising them that I am going to warn any other consumers before they make the same mistake.
