Excellent spyware & Trojan detection, and removal with options. AdAware, Defender, Bit Defender 10 (anti-virus & spyware) may give a clean bill of health, but run MaxSecure and it will find plenty. Been using for over a year.

I tried a few others this one covers alot without dragging the PC down in the process fairly easy to work as well could be a bit easier, but for the money seems so far well worth it.
