The system cleaner group of utilities help clean the system through utilities disk cleaner, registry cleaner, uninstaller plus, memory turbo and shortcuts repairer. The functions are pretty much clear from the names themselves. The security doctor has the utilities spyware removal, security task manager, BHO cleaner, security service manager, IE password manager. BHO helps clean up rogue helper modules easily. The security service manager can lock out other users out of the applications you use, applications that may contain private information.
