It can assist in recoveringfrom problems as minor as restoring a lost printer toas major as not being able to start Windows. Your PC'sconfiguration is saved in two types of image files:Core and Boot. A Core image -- created by you -- savesyour Registry, the program initiation files in yourWindows folder, all users' configuration profiles, andyour Start menu. Boot images are automaticallygenerated each time you successfully start yourcomputer. They're similar to Core images, but yourStart menu isn't saved. CoreSave also creates its ownemergency Startup diskette.
