I have been using GOBack for over 5 years one system has win98se works great - EX. Virus deleted all of windows this program is not based on windows so I started my system and went back before the problem - it locks a section of the hard drive in case things like this happen - saved me on my laptop XP. see windows restore only protects windows files and if you can`t start windows you`re SOL this program will always save you.

Please read this before ddownloading on your machine. I`m serious, it will be a major mistake. My wife had a copy of this sitting in the closet, I thought I would be a good thing my machine. BIG MISTAKE!! Heed this warning!!! Now my machine won`t Boot to windows. It just sits there \"Verifying DMI pool data\" Now beings I bought this pc used, I now have no way to get Windows back on. Beings that is said, Roxio does not support it no longer. Symentac has it now, and they don`t know anything \"free that is about it. Would cost $70.00 just to talk to their support. Hence, I have a new OS coming at $89.00, rather get my own OS than give the earlier mentioned moneys. Just a little warning.
