You`ll need to specify the path for the data and template files and click the parse data button and the process is done! Another alternative is to use the edit controls. You copy paste the data and template to the edit controls and check the "parse data from this edit box" check box. When you click the parse data again, the process of extraction is done. This utility thus is able to save a lot of effort in trying to get the data from input documents into the target database or whatever.
