Constructor 99 Introduction Constructor 99 is a shareware HTML editor for Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT 4. It is code-based so you get to edit the underlying HTML code directly. This gives you more control over the design of the page than most WYSIWYG editors. Contructor 99 provides a wide range of wizards so that you can create a huge number of effects. You can apply any font effect to selected text using standard toolbar buttons, while for more complex effects such as tables and frames you can use the provided wizards.
