The interface makes it easy to collect a batch of files for conversion. You can specify a folder and ask that all the subfolders also be included as an option. Add and remove file/folder tool lets you prune the final list easily. Password protected DWF drawings also can be processed. You then specify if you need the DWG version or the DXF version. You select the version of DWG or DXF you need. AutoCAD has released several versions of these formats over time. Output folder can be chosen and then processing started. No AutoCAD needed.
Overall: Quite a handy utility if you have to deal with DWF files often.
