It lets you define mouse over and mouse down events. Just buttons would let you use text, lines and shapes to create the kind of button that makes sense for you. Buttons can have as many lines of text you need to use, not just one line that many programs restrict you to.

Other attributes of text that you can use to create the effect you need are justification, bolding, underlining and italics can be used. Raised, recessed or shadow effects add to the appeal of these buttons. The look of glass and plastic material on the buttons can easily be attained. Effects of LED glowing can be added. You can import existing button design and add to the library for future use. You add objects to the button designs. Animated buttons are also possible. The images are exported as GIF, JPEG, BMP or PNG formats. The images can also be exported for use as icons in AOL instant messenger.

Overall: A very nice program for use in the specified niche. Does not take much effort to get started and be productive.
