Web Press Creative is a CMS website builder. It uses MySQL database and is user customizable. The tool has a built in WYSIWYG HTML editor and allows PHP code to be written and scripts run without uploading to the server. The code will help beginners to learn web development easily. You are able to write scripts online on the server and they can be executed in place. Templates could be used. Primarily this tool is meant to be a CMS based website builder. But, some features built into it make some twists possible. The core of the application is what the developers call “globally evolving”. Even as the complexity of the application increases due to added functionality, the basic design will not need to reengineered and scripts in use will not need any changes. This is unlike most other such applications that have some inherent limitations. Addition of more functions is simply plug & play in their ease of integration.

Data is stored in a single MySQL column/row. This coupled with use of gzip compression makes data transfers by the application quite fast over the net. Administrators have flexibility in making changes easily. Uploading, deletion and control over these within an advanced menu system, access to all core database column rows and values with just a mouse click are session elements the administrator can play with. Independent add-on, specialized, advanced GUI menus and custom options are available. The application is free to use. The developers are welcome to add/extend functionality to the base core.
