Hopefully you will find a theme to fit your needs here. You'll find everything from the whimsical to the technical. All the themes have be reduced to 256 (16 bit) colors or below and are in a .gif format. When adding your own text to the images, you will want to convert them to 24bit color and convert them back to 16bit (256 colors) when you have completed your alterations.
