This is a set of training videos on the knee injury issues.

The training videos are directed towards assisting individuals overcome their knee injury and to prevent knee accidents. The physiotherapy demonstrated in the video courses is aimed to decrease pain, improve range of motion and strengthen the knee joints. The topics covered include such titles as “10 minutes to strong knees”, “9 exercises a day keeps knee pain away”, “post surgery phase” and so on. The program aims to decrease existing knee pain, improve knee movement, increase stability of the knee, strengthening the knee and increasing balance in the knee. The course includes 9 exercises that you can do to fend off knee pain, 10 minute workout program that can be done anywhere to make the knee joints stronger, video demos, exercises that help increase knee movement, range of motion and reduction of pain after knee surgery, multimedia guide to doing the exercises right and a guide to understanding of ACL injuries. Workout sheets can be printed out that will help you track your workouts.

This is not for everyone. It is specifically for people with knee problems and who may worry about if the knee pain will go away, will complete movement come back, is it possible to get stronger knees again, how to prevent another injury and if stable feeling will return. It is difficult to comment on how effective this is. However, this set does look like it could be useful.
