Store Manager for X-Cart is a Windows application to quickly and effectively manage your X-Cart online store. You can add, delete and update your products, categories and manufacturers, automatically upload your product images.

Pros: Store Manager for X-Cart helps manage on-line store created by X-cart. You are able to manage all the functions required for getting and updating product details in the store and managing the commerce activities. You can add, delete and update products, categories and manufacturers, automatically upload your product images while editing products, categories, manufacturers, view reports, orders and keep the track of your online sales. You can manage them from the convenience of your desktop unit. The convenience also ensures novice users also can manage a store. The convenience is exemplified by copy & paste possible of product names, product attributes, product attributes of multiple products at a time, easy product attribute editor, easy attributes import/export.

Import/export of products, categories, product options, customers, and orders are some features available. Product variant management is also quite easy. Batch update of product fields for multiple products is available through mass product changer add-on. For mail order management orders can be exported to another add on from Dydacomp. Reporting is flexible and lets you create custom reports with advanced query builder and a report builder tool. You are able to view and edit reports and invoices. Multiple store management is possible with control over store configuration. Encrypted password makes sure there is no unauthorized access to the management. SSH is supported, support for X-cart version 4.0.x and 4.1.x and support for MySQL 5 in the program. MySQL compressed protocol is supported for speed.

Cons: No problems noticed. User must be aware of on-line shop management concepts to be able to effectively mange the store.

Overall: This is a feature rich yet simple to use application. This is good for a 4 star category at least.
